late access missing curtains
My arrival was disappointing. the room was not ready at the check-in time of 15:00. I gained access at 17:30. i had paid extra for an additional bed, but it was not set up upon arrival. additionally, the lounge area lacked curtains, resulting in a complete loss of privacy.

The apartment had a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. The balcony offered a nice view. I found it very warm. This would be an excellent place for a family reunion.
The heating was stuck on full blast. There was no air conditioning.

Lakeside Living at its finest
lake view spotlessly clean apartment helpful staff perfect size
The apartment had an amazing view. It was spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff were very helpful. Maria F. was particularly helpful. We had everything we needed in our apartment, and the size was perfect for our group.
The balcony WAS in a disgusting condition. It looked like it had never been cleaned in months, a shame considering the otherwise excellent upkeep.

lovely view super clean room
i had a one bedroom holiday apartment. it was spacious with everything needed for my stay. the view over the lake was lovely and it was spotlessly clean.

spacious apartment near the lake
outdoor terrace convenient parking spacious bedroom
our apartment had plenty of space and all the promised facilities. the outdoor terrace overlooked the lake, this was a real highlight. the bedroom was comfortable, it also had plenty of space for luggage. we also found parking very convenient.
The swimming pool was very crowded. Local children were on half term. i was told i could pay £10 to reserve a slot. a separate time for hotel guests would be very welcome. i hope they can make this arrangement in the future.

check-in and check-out were straightforward, the staff was helpful, and resolved queries quickly. the reception area had clear signage, it also offered assistance with local information. staff was available 24/7 at the front desk.

Our apartment featured a well-equipped kitchen with a full-sized fridge and oven. the living room was spacious with comfortable seating for four people. the bathroom included a rainfall shower. Toiletries were also provided.

open plan kitchen full sized fridge lake location twin beds pool cost cobbled paths
the apartment was big. the open plan kitchen had a full-sized fridge and oven. the location was next to the lake, there were chairs outside on the decking.
on arrival, i asked for twin beds, but they didn't come. i felt the cost to use the pool was high. the paths end with cobbles for wheelchair users.
